The taste of pepper, thyme, salt, and various other spices all mingled together over shreddies, pretzels, cheerios, assorted nuts, and bugles is something I only get to have once a year. Dad's famous nuts and bolts are a comfort that I've brought across the country back to Newfoundland. However as I pour another small bowl out of the bag I brought them in I come to realize there are more assorted nuts than anything else coming out. Might be due to the fact I pour the nuts back in after picking out all the other things. -sigh-
My plane trip seemed short as I'd not got my fill of tv (a result of the parentals cancelling the majority of their tv) and thus got my fill on the plane. I arrived early in the morning, 1.00 am and headed home thanks to the help of Keegan. It's good to be back and I'm thrilled to start classes Monday.
Christmas break seemed short, the feeling of studying for exams still looming over me. Being home was relaxing though and I had a good time with family and friends, as well as getting some quality time in with Kiwi.
Thought I'd update since I haven't in about a month. I'm sure there will be plenty more to come once I get into this semester.
Peace
